Version state information

The following three pages show information about the latest releases of different versions of OpenTTD, the current branches and the current tags in OpenTTD's subversion repository.

• versions.txt
  The dates and version numbers of the latest releases and automatically build binaries from one of the branches of OpenTTD's repositories.
  This file is tabulator separated with the following fields:
  • Version, "<override name >" if the version has been superseded by another release with the given name
  • Date of release
  • Path at the binaries server
  • Optional extra information only used for releases to tell whether it is a stable, release candidate or beta release
• branches.txt
  The current branches that can be checked out from OpenTTD's subversion repository.
  The list is tabulator separated and sorted on the last change to the branch with the following fields:
  • Last change revision
  • Date of last change
  • Name of the branch
• tags.txt
  The current tags that can be checked out from OpenTTD's subversion repository. This can be used for checking out the source of releases of OpenTTD.
  The list is tabulartor separated and sorted on the release of the tag with the following fields:
  • Revision of tag
  • Date of tag
  • Name of the tag
